A Message to My Younger Self

If my younger self came to me right now and asked me what is something that they could do to find their purpose, to get closer to it somehow, this is what I'd tell them:

You need to learn how to release that pressure.

I know that it feels like time is running out. I know that it feels like you had to know your purpose years ago, that it had to be here already. But you're not running late. You're exactly where you're meant to be, and the fact that your purpose is not here is an indication that it is not time yet.

Instead of worrying so much about it, instead of rushing and running from one place to another, learn how to sit with the fact that you do not know what your purpose is yet. Learn how to sit with the stillness and the integration. That is the only thing that will allow you to actually listen to the guidance.

The more you release that tension that you have in your body from the pressure and the urgency and the rush, the easier it will be to actually integrate every single piece that comes through, the easier it will be to hear the guidance that your soul is sending your way through the pulls, the callings, the nudges, through those things that you know that you have to do, through those places that you know you need to be in. The easier everything will be.

You'll be able to expand and ease into the process, and everything will come way faster. You're going to be able to actually receive not just your purpose, but also the guidance when it actually comes through.

As contradictory as it feels, the less attached you are to figuring out what you're meant to do here, the easier and sooner it'll come.

Focus on growing as a human being and as a soul, learn more about who you truly are and follow your pulls and callings.

They'll take you to the places you're meant to be.

The people you're meant to meet.

The experiences you're meant to go through.

And ultimately, what you're meant to do and how you're meant to impact the world.

And they'll show you your deepest shadows but also your greatest gifts.

What you need to embrace and what to let go of.

What pattern needs to shift, and who you need to become.

And ultimately, how you're meant to bring your mission into the world.

But only if you allow it.

Be open to it.

It's all you need.
